– EFT bank transfers can only be refunded by us after 7 full bank working days passed (not counting Saturdays & Sundays), our transfer will be processed on the 8th working day.

 – Refunds/returns will only be processed if items were returned within 30 (thirty) days from date of purchase.

Refunds only if: 
– Product is returned in the same condition in which it was in when it was collected or delivered to you and is in its original packaging
– Product is damaged or faulty.
– Furniture Warehouse have the right to inspect the product and that the product was used correctly.
– We may charge you a collection fee.

We will not process any refund in the following event/s:

– Custom made Orders
– Normal wear and tear.
– Non-compliance of specifications, customer negligence or product abuse.
– We will only refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the original delivery costs (Original Delivery fee is not refundable).

– After x30 days passed from purchase date.
